The Rockets complete offense did not make an appearance during their series with the Thunder, they averaged 112.8 points a game, but the three’s never really fell.
Monday night was a full 180 as the Rockets made it rain inside of the AT&T Center, to the tune of 22 three-pointers. The Spurs never had a chance.
James Harden got the Rockets off to a fast start scoring 11 points and he was responsible for another 13 points off of assists, helping the team run out to a 34-23 lead in the first quarter.
With Harden on the bench to start the second, it would only get worse for the Spurs as the Rockets went on an 18-4 run to open the quarter.
The Rockets would push the lead to as much as 39, and while the Spurs would hit shots here and there, for most of the game the lead was 30 points.
